Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform planned and unscheduled maintenance on the plant's building, machinery and equipment. You will assist other maintenance staff and help ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires reading diagrams, knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and the ability to follow work orders and document activities. High school diploma preferred with 5+ years experience or equivalent training. Strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Reads mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce safe work policies.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic components.
• Ensure work orders are completed or resolved.
• Maintain parts inventory.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry.
• Assist in training coworkers.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
