Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (5p-3a) to support production equipment and facilities in a fast-paced plant environment. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement with a strong safety and GMP mindset.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Skilled trade training inMechanical, Electrical, Fluid power, Machining or Welding.
• Ability to read schematics and operate hand/power tools.
• OSHA familiarity and safety-conscious approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

• Maintain production equipment and facilities to keep lines running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis of failures.
• Support process improvements and 5S/GMP compliance.
• Follow safety policies and maintain proper PPE usage.
