Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment with minimal downtime. You will supervise maintenance and electrical technicians, oversee a preventive maintenance program, and coordinate outside vendor work.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, several years in industrial maintenance, and strong leadership skills. The role includes on-call duties, safety compliance, and opportunities to improve cost efficiency and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Demonstrated personnel managerial skills.
Four years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment with minimal downtime.
Report to General Manager & Plant Manager any information that may impede operation.
Monitor warranties and service guarantees and notify personnel of expiration dates.
Oversee and plan contract work and installations by outside vendors.
Oversee and manage preventive maintenance program and parts inventory.
Recruit, hire, train and supervise maintenance/electrical technicians.
Be on call twenty-four hours a day.
