Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Skilled trade training in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics or pneumatics.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, diagrams and sketches.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety policies.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and building systems.
• Provide support for production equipment to maximize performance.
• Establish root cause analysis on equipment failures.
• Support projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain 5S systems and GMP compliance.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Adjust equipment to meet production schedules.
• Expand knowledge on maintenance practices and technologies.
