Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (5p-3a) in Ohio. You will maintain production equipment and site facilities, troubleshoot complex systems, and support safety and GMP compliance.

The role is a Monday-Thursday 5p-3a hybrid shift with duties spanning preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, ability to read schematics/blueprints, and familiarity with OSHA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade training preferred.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot to establish root causes and resolve equipment failures.
• Support production equipment to reach optimum capabilities.
• Contribute to 5S and GMP compliance and safety.
