Pratt Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain production equipment, site facilities and assets. You will troubleshoot complex equipment and support production to maximize output.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong reading of schematics, and proficiency with electrical and mechanical systems. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to GMP/5S practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Trade training in mechanical, electrical, fluid power, machining, welding, etc.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and electrical testing devices.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, diagrams and sketches.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
• Customer service oriented and able to communicate with coworkers.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and building systems.
• Provide support for production equipment to reach optimum capabilities.
• Establish root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Support projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support 5S systems and GMP compliance.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Adjust procedures to meet production schedules and improve efficiency.
• Expand knowledge of maintenance practices and technologies.
• Other duties as needed.
