Signature Sauces is seeking a Food Production Supervisor for 1st shift to oversee all production staff, ensure USDA/FDA compliance, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient plant floor. Strong leadership and hands-on accountability are essential to guide teams through daily operations.

The role requires coordinating with QA and Operations, managing equipment start/stop, changeovers, and log book duties, while upholding company policies. Training provided; on-site position at Independence, OH.

Responsibilities

• Plan day and assess proposed production demands
• Opening meeting with plant staff
• Understands and can operate all plant equipment
• Works with QA to execute master sanitation schedule
• Interacts daily with Operations and QA
• Oversees all production activities on the plant floor
• Comply with USDA and HACCP programs
• Keeps production organized and efficient via communication and planning
