Job summary

Signature Sauces is seeking a Food Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead production staff and ensure operations meet USDA/FDA specifications. The role involves overseeing hot and cold prep, sanitation, and daily coordination with QA and Operations to maintain efficiency and safety.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of related experience, be organized, and capable of training staff while maintaining strong communication on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Well organized, self motivated, and dependable.
• Enjoys developing people and leading teams.
• Familiarity with USDA/FDA specifications and manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan day and assess proposed production demands.
• Openings meetings with plant staff.
• Operate all plant equipment as needed.
• Work with QA to execute master sanitation schedule.
• Interact daily with Operations and QA.
• Maintain log books and adhere to company policies.
