Job summary

Signature Sauces is seeking a Food Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Independence, OH. The role supervises all production staff and ensures operations meet USDA/FDA specifications and procedures.

It includes hot/cold prep, sanitation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while supporting company standards. You will coordinate daily production demands, oversee all plant floor activities, operate equipment, and collaborate with QA and Operations to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Well organized, self motivated, dependable and responsible.
• Able to lead people and maintain strong communication under production pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all production activities on the plant floor.
• Plan daily production demands and coordinate with staff.
• Enforces USDA/FDA procedures and manufacturing practices.
• Dismantles, cleans and sanitizes equipment as needed.
• Maintains log books and coordinates changeovers.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
