Signature Sauces in Independence, OH is seeking a Food Manufacturing Sanitation Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a 5-7 person sanitation team, ensure daily teardown and cleaning of production equipment, and uphold USDA/FDA and HACCP standards.

You will monitor floors and drains, coordinate with production and maintenance, maintain clean, safe workstations, and help with inventory and documentation while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be extremely detail oriented and never content to settle for less than the expected results.
• Prior experience supervising a team, scheduling, and conducting station check outs is required.
• Strong knowledge of USDA/FDA specifications and HACCP programs.

Responsabilités

• Supervising team of 5-7 employees responsible for closing and sanitation duties.
• Teardown and sanitation of all production equipment.
• Stocking and sanitation of every inch of production floor daily.
• Cleaning of dishes and machine parts and organizing parts carts.
• Understand and adhere to government regulations and documentation requirements.
• Minor equipment maintenance and safe handling practices.
