Job summary

Sora Resource Group is hiring a Production Supervisor for a well-established bakery operation. This full-time, on-site role supports first, second, and third shifts and manages a team of 15–25 employees to deliver safe, high-quality products.

Responsibilities include leading daily production activities, coaching staff, ensuring food safety and sanitation, monitoring performance, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in food manufacturing, preferably bakery or frozen foods.
• Strong track record of accountability and performance management.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
