Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in the United States. The role oversees a team of 15–25 workers across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, driving safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals.

The position offers hands-on leadership with room for growth within an established supervisory team, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods is especially relevant.

• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
