6 Degrees Search is recruiting a Production Supervisor on-site for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This hands-on leadership role oversees a team across first, second, and third shifts to deliver safe, high-quality products.

You will coach 15–25 employees, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and drive continuous improvement in production efficiency. Base salary is $76k–$93k plus a 5% bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.
