Workforce Recruiter is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This full-time, on-site leadership role oversees 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, delivering safe, high‑quality products while achieving production goals.

You will lead daily activities, coach and develop staff, maintain food safety and sanitation, monitor performance, resolve issues with maintenance and quality teams, and ensure smooth shift handoffs.

Formación

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen food experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
