Job summary

Atomic Industries, Inc. is seeking a first dedicated recruiting hire to build the talent function from the ground up. You will own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership, and create pipelines and tooling to scale hiring.

Work is online-first and data-driven, using outbound strategies and AI tooling. You will travel to meet candidates, host them at our Detroit headquarters, and drive a high-impact process to attract top talent for reindustrialization.

Qualifications

Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
Proven ability to source passive candidates via online channels.
Comfort with automation, AI tooling, and data-driven hiring.
Ownership mindset and ability to operate with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership.
Build sourcing engine from scratch with outbound strategy and talent maps.
Travel to meet candidates and host visits at our Detroit site.
Design candidate experience and track funnel metrics for continuous improvement.
Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role success and thresholds.
