Job summary
Atomic Industries is hiring a founder-level Recruiter to build and run the talent function from zero. You will own every stage of recruiting, craft a modern sourcing engine, and operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving, AI-enabled startup environment.
Remote-friendly and travel-focused, you will meet top talent online, at events, and in our Detroit factory, turning conversations into signed offers and shaping the company’s future of American reindustrialization.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering full-cycle recruiting across multiple domains.
- Proven ability to source hard-to-find talent using modern channels.
- Comfort with automation, AI tooling, and data-driven processes.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across the company from touch to offer.
- Build and optimize sourcing channels, maps, and automation stack.
- Engage with candidates online and in person; manage relationships.
- Travel to meet candidates and host visits to Detroit factory.
- Design candidate experience to be fast and compelling.
- Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to set criteria.
- Instrument funnel metrics and run weekly optimization experiments.
- Lay the talent function foundations and mentor future recruiters.
