You will handle inbound calls, document first notice of loss, take overflow calls, and answer low complexity claims questions, delivering a totally satisfying member experience through excellent service.

This role requires two years of call center experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Two years of call center customer service preferred.
• Proven proficiency in customer service required.
• Successful completion of foundation training required.
• English language fluency required.
• Professional communication skills, written and oral.
• Strong typing speed with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for the Claims unit and document first notice of loss.
• Interact with insureds and claimants to build trust at the start of the claims process.
• Provide members with high-quality, empathetic service and accurate claims information.
• Explain benefits, coverages, and the claims process for glass-related claims.
• Take overflow calls and respond to low-complexity questions about claims.
• Demonstrate knowledge and use of the Claims systems.
• Refer member requests to appropriate parties as needed.
