CURE Auto Insurance is seeking an Auto Claims Representative - First Notice of Loss in Detroit, MI. You will be the first call for customers filing claims, gather facts, explain inspection options, and guide customers through coverages and the claims process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, the ability to work at a fast pace, and a willingness to learn the claims process. Hybrid schedule with four days on-site and one day remote.

Qualificações

• Strong written and oral communication.
• Able to work at a fast pace with deadlines.
• No insurance experience required.
• Knowledge of auto components a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact when a new claim is filed.
• Document all facts surrounding the loss to speed cycle times.
• Review inspection methods with customers and advise on choices.
• Promote the Direct Repair Program.
• Review policy coverages to determine applicable coverages.
• Identify red flags and communicate them to file handlers.
• Maintain quality while meeting cycle times.
• Participate in training to grow in the role.
• Provide high level of customer service and professionalism.
