Auto Club Enterprises in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Internet Insurance Service Specialist to provide insurance service and clerical support to our Web Insurance Agents and Members.

You will assist members with answering questions, taking payments, counseling, and making changes to Property & Casualty policies, while maintaining outstanding customer relationships. Training is comprehensive, and full-time staff participate in an incentive program based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a sales environment strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well organized and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and servicing of insurance policies.
• Verifying new business applications.
