Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in the United States is seeking a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to drive growth within a defined territory and support the potential launch of a first-in-class Tourette syndrome treatment. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders, shaping market adoption.

Ideal candidates are based in or near Cambridge, Peabody, or Woburn, with a strong track record in pharmaceutical sales, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• New product launch experience in specialty pharma preferred.
• Must pass background and drug screening; valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing to customers.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and educate patients.
• Strategically manage relationships with key accounts to meet sales targets.
• Review sales data to create effective territory plans and manage promotional budget funds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive sales execution.
