Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals, based in Louisville, KY, seeks a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to lead territory strategies and drive adoption of a potential first-in-class Tourette Syndrome treatment. You will engage physicians, nurses, and office staff, deliver product demonstrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets.

The ideal candidate has pharma sales experience, excellent communication, and a track record in complex healthcare accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, and reimbursement partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and external contacts at all levels to address their needs.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and educate patients.
• Grow relationships with key accounts and drive sales targets.
• Review sales data to create effective territory plans and manage promotional funds.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies.
