Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented business-to-business pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement partners, and access stakeholders.
• Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, or other complex disease states preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional teams and healthcare providers to identify needs and drive solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and physician detailing; train staff on products and education.
• Consult with physicians and office staff to promote products and provide patient education.
• Manage key accounts and tailor solutions to meet their needs while achieving sales targets.
• Review sales data and plan territory strategies, allocate promotional budget funds.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and compliance.
