Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in the United States is seeking a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to maximize sales growth in a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. As a founding member of a new sales organization, you will help launch a potential first-in-class Tourette Syndrome treatment and establish Teva’s presence in a new therapeutic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Preferred experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement partners, and access stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote products and provide education.
• Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts to meet sales targets.
• Review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and allocate promotional funds.
• Maintain a competitive edge while collaborating with internal teams on sales strategies.
• Travel regularly as required by territory alignment; weekends or overnight travel as needed.
