Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals seeks a NeuroCare Sales Specialist in the Boston area to drive growth for a potential first-in-class Tourette Syndrome treatment. You will be a founding member of a new sales organization, building trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders to establish Teva’s presence in a novel therapeutic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders within Centers of Excellence, large academic medical centers, integrated health systems, and multidisciplinary specialty practices.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional team members and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing.
• Consult with physicians and medical office staff to promote products and provide education.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to meet sales targets.
• Review sales data to create effective territory plans and manage promotional budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive sales strategies.
