Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals, Chattanooga, TN, seeks a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to maximize sales growth in a defined territory and support a potential first-in-class Tourette Syndrome treatment. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders, drive market adoption, and execute territory strategies with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
Experience managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient programs, and access partners.
Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric or rare disease preferred.
New product launch experience in specialty pharma preferred.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts at all levels.
Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing.
Consult with physicians, nurses, and staff to promote products and educate patients.
Grow relationships with key accounts and tailor solutions to meet needs.
Review sales data to create effective territory plans and manage budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive cohesive sales strategies.
Maintain call averages with top target customers.
Adhere to Teva compliance policies and achieve sales goals.
Travel as needed to cover territory in TN.
