Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Telephone Operator for the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square. You will be the friendly first impression, directing calls and assisting guests as the central communication hub of the hotel.

Responsibilities include answering calls, providing hotel information, protecting guest privacy, and supporting front desk tasks with a courteous and proactive demeanor. A high school diploma and strong multitasking are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to convey information clearly.
• Strong multitasking and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and direct callers appropriately.
• Maintain courteous, friendly guest interactions and professional demeanor.
• Provide hotel information and assist with front desk tasks as needed.
• Protect guest privacy and handle messages and faxes per standards.
• Record guest requests and assist with daily activity logs.
