Job summary

Marriott Lancaster Hotel is seeking a Valet Attendant to provide exceptional guest service and efficient vehicle handling at the Lancaster location. You will greet guests, manage keys, and park/retrieve vehicles with safety and speed.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage, guiding traffic, answering calls, and maintaining a polished curbside presence. Outdoor work is required, with a competitive benefits package for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license with a clean record (MVR).
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Excellent communication and a positive attitude; follow company policies.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Key & Ticket Wizard: Juggle keys and valet tickets with finesse, keeping everything organized and in its perfect place.
• Parking Superstar: Park and retrieve vehicles with style and care, following every rule and making sure each ride is safe and sound.
• Ultimate Guest Hero: Go above and beyond - help with luggage, shuttle guests in oversized rides, direct traffic, and answer phones with top-notch courtesy.
• Curbside Champion: Keep the curb looking sharp and the operation running clean, all while delivering the Aimbridge Hospitality touch and adapting to whatever the day brings.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record (MVR); able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and commitment to company policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
