Job summary

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Go-To-Market Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process for early-career GTM roles.

You'll source pipelines, advise hiring leaders on strategy, and close top talent, with teams based in Chicago, IL; Lehi, UT; and Raleigh, NC, while reserving 2–3 in-office days weekly in NYC or Chicago. You will build candidate funnels, run hiring events, and partner with leadership to design roles and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in sales or GTM hiring.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience with strong independent sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Bias for action with excellent delivery and follow-through.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfort with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with, or strong appetite for, AI tools in recruiting workflows.
• Based in New York City or Chicago and able to work in-office 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own early-career GTM hiring for SDR, SMB Account Executive, Associate Sales Engineer, and Technical Post-Sales Support teams, pipelines end-to-end from intake to offer acceptance.
• Be a full-cycle sourcing powerhouse through outbound, referrals, communities, and inventive channels.
• Build candidate funnels for today and tomorrow, balancing immediate needs with future talent pools.
• Plan and run in-office hiring events around graduation windows to generate energy.
• Advise sales and technical leaders on role definitions, market realities, interview design, and candidate experience.
• Apply competency-based interviewing and scorecard processes to hire for potential.
• Negotiate and close offers, reading candidate motivations and winning against competition.
• Put AI to work to sharpen sourcing, outreach, process automation, and insights.
• Communicate relentlessly with stakeholders, providing proactive updates.
• Be a utility player, pitching in across roles and initiatives.
