You will work directly with candidates from initial conversations through the interview process, focusing on sourcing and outreach while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to distinguish exceptional talent.

• Work directly with candidates: Own a small funnel from initial screens through interviews.
• Sharpen your talent judgment: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to differentiate top candidates.
• Own and improve results: Experiment with outreach, channels, and sourcing; adjust strategies as needed.
