Job summary

Sprites is seeking a GTM Recruiter to join our People & Talent team in New York City or San Francisco, working in office five days a week. You will be the first recruiter on the ground in NY, partnering closely with Sales leaders to recruit AEs, SCs, and SDRs.

You will own end-to-end recruiting, build pipelines from scratch, and manage the full candidate process with speed and high candidate experience. This role offers ownership and impact as we scale the GTM organization.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting GTM and Sales roles (AEs, SDRs, and/or Solutions Consultants).
• Experience working in a fast-growing startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines from scratch.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously while moving quickly.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to own the recruiting process from start to finish.
• Strong communication and ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles, primarily AEs, SCs, and SDRs.
• Partner with Sales leaders to understand hiring needs, profiles, and priorities.
• Build strong pipelines through hands-on sourcing and outbound recruiting.
• Manage the full candidate process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, references, and offers.
• Keep candidates moving quickly through the interview process and provide a great candidate experience.
• Build talent maps and identify strong candidates before roles open.
• Help hiring managers make thoughtful and fast hiring decisions.
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline health and proactively flag gaps.
• Help improve our recruiting processes as the company continues to scale.
• Represent Sprites and our culture throughout the candidate experience.
