Job summary

Duvo seeks its first SDR in Europe, responsible for building the outbound motion from scratch. You will design lists, messaging, tooling and cadence, with an AE in each major market and pre-sales support behind you.

You will target Heads of Supply Chain, Finance Directors and Commercial Operations in large retailers and consumer brands, using AI-native tooling and a hands-on, proactive approach to qualification and outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role selling B2B software with a full quota attainment track record.
• Fluent English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience using AI-native tooling for research, personalisation and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline into enterprise retail and consumer goods across EMEA; expand into new industries.
• Identify and engage the right champions (Heads of Supply Chain, Finance Directors, Commercial Ops leads).
• Research deeply to understand each company’s process and cost drivers before outreach.
• Execute outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn and additional channels as appropriate.
• Leverage AI for list building, personalization and qualification; automate repetitive tasks.
