Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. invites a Vice President, HR Business Advisor to partner with CCOR senior leaders in Jersey City, NJ (and Plano, TX) to translate business and risk priorities into a robust people agenda and execution plan.

You will drive talent and succession planning, lead compensation/performance cycles, and influence organizational design across a global matrix, using data-driven insights to shape strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leader advisory exposure.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and operate in a matrix organization.
• Strong business acumen; link talent actions to business outcomes.
• Executive presence and gravitas; clear, confident communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven recommendations.
• Good judgment and risk awareness in complex employee situations.
• Proven program/project leadership delivering end-to-end HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the people agenda for the aligned business areas with execution plans.
• Advise senior leaders on org design and workforce planning, including change planning.
• Lead end-to-end compensation and performance cycles with data integrity.
• Shape talent and succession planning with COEs collaboration.
• Coach leaders on complex people matters with risk-aware judgment.
• Use insights and analytics to create fact-based narratives and recommendations.
• Lead cross-LOB initiatives and large-scale change efforts as HRBA point person.
