Job summary

Addison Group in San Francisco seeks a highly dependable Firm Administrator to oversee day-to-day office operations and provide executive support to two senior leaders. This is a small-office environment with significant ownership over front office functions.

The role is onsite only, Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with a $100,000–$120,000 salary plus a 10–20% bonus, comprehensive medical/dental/vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in office management, office coordination, front office administration, or a related role.
  • Ability to independently manage office operations with limited oversight.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working fully onsite in San Francisco.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Financial services, investment management, professional services, or similar industry experience preferred.
  • This is an onsite position and is not eligible for a remote or hybrid schedule.
  • Candidates should have experience personally owning office operations rather than primarily supporting a larger administrative team.
  • The position requires someone comfortable working independently and making decisions about day-to-day office needs.
  • A criminal background check is required.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office issues and coordinate solutions as needed.
  • Proactively identify and address operational needs before they become problems.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for two senior executives.
  • Coordinate business travel, including researching and arranging flights and hotels.
  • Assist with expense management and related administrative processes.
  • Troubleshoot common office and facilities issues and communicate with appropriate vendors or building contacts.
  • Provide professional, polished administrative support in a traditional corporate environment.
