Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring for an Administrative Assistant to independently oversee day-to-day front office and office operations while providing executive administrative support to the firm's founders. This position will be responsible for maintaining an organized and professional office environment, proactively addressing operational needs, coordinating supplies and vendors, and ensuring the office runs smoothly with minimal oversight.
Approximately 70% of the role will focus on front office and office management responsibilities, while the remaining 30% will provide Executive Assistant support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management for the firm's two founders.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience independently managing a front office or office environment and will be comfortable taking ownership, identifying needs before they become issues, and finding solutions without requiring significant direction. Experience in investment management, asset management, professional services, or a similar professional environment is preferred.
