Bass Pro Outdoor World is seeking a Team Leader to supervise associates in the firearms department. You will direct daily activities, ensure proper merchandising, pricing, and inventory control while enforcing safety and compliance with ATF rules.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, interviewing for positions, scheduling, and driving customer service excellence to deliver a legendary shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 2 to 4 years of retail sales experience is preferred.
• Supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead department associates and direct daily activities.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing, and plan-o-grams are up to standard.
• Coach staff on safety, service, and sales techniques.
• Support achievement of sales, margin, and payroll goals.
• Conduct interviews, train, and prepare schedules; motivate the team.
