Job summary

Bass Pro Outdoor World in Little Rock is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing and customer service. The role supports firearm sales leadership and ensures compliance with ATF/state laws and company policies.

The Team Leader guides safety, staffing, training, and scheduling, while driving sales, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced outdoor retailer environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in retail sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing and customer service.
• Guide firearm safety and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Achieve department sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Staff department and coordinate training and scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
