Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Lead to manage the daily operations of the used firearms business, including buying, selling, and customer service. Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in firearms retail or related field.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to safely handle firearms and understand related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and appraise used firearms to determine fair market value.
• Initiate 4473 forms and perform final checks before firearm transfers.
• Manage used firearm inventory and pursue buying opportunities beyond the store.
• Conduct monthly ATF compliance audits and internal audits.
• Train Outfitters on acquiring and disposing of used firearms and market trends.
