Bass Pro Shops in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to support counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, advise on purchases, and handle merchandise with care to provide a legendary shopping experience.

You will ensure 4473 compliance, demonstrate products, stock the gun counter, and stay current on promotions and policies. 21+ and a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
• Understanding ATF Federal and State Regulations
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition
• GCA knowledge
• Merchandising and stocking merchandise

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Organize and maintain gun counter merchandise and shelf stock.
• Stay knowledgeable on advertised sales, pricing, and signing.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Maintain a clean, neat work area and follow company policies.
