Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Arkansas is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to assist customers at the gun counter and across hunting merchandise. The role emphasizes delivering world-class service, identifying customer needs, making product recommendations, and ensuring compliance with firearm regulations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
0–2 years in retail.
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with firearms purchases and service at the counter.
Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
Promote CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup programs.
Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
Demonstrate products to customers and maintain firearm knowledge.
Maintain and merchandise firearms and hunting merchandise on the floor.
Keep the work area clean, stocked and compliant with policies.
Assist with additional duties as assigned.
