Bass Pro Shops in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter - Firearms to assist customers, demonstrate products, and ensure compliant handling of firearms and ammunition. You will greet customers, identify needs, make recommendations, and promote store programs while maintaining rack readiness and accurate pricing.

Must be 21+, with 0-2 years retail experience and knowledge of ATF regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition products.
• Knowledge of ATF and state firearms regulations.
• Customer service and sales experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms.
• Greet customers and assess their needs to make product recommendations.
• Promote store programs (CLUB membership, VOC, In-Store Pick up).
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Keep firearms area clean, organized and well stocked.
• Remain product expert through ongoing training.
