Bass Pro Shops in Altoona, IA is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to provide counter sales and customer service for firearms, greet customers, and assist with product information. You will help maintain gun counter merchandising and stay current on regulations while promoting store programs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Mansioni

• Assist customers at the Firearms counter with buying decisions and information.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Ensure accurate completion of 4473 forms.
• Maintain firearm and ammunition product knowledge and counter display.
• Keep the sales floor tidy and well stocked against merchandising guidelines.
• Promote store programs (CLUB, VOC, in-store pickup) and seasonal merchandise moves.
