Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain counter sales, customer service, and floor merchandising for firearms and hunting gear. You will greet customers, evaluate needs, and recommend products to ensure a legendary shopping experience.

Responsibilities include processing 4473 forms, demonstrating products, and keeping the gun counter organized. Prior knowledge of firearms, ammo, and ATF rules is essential; expected to stay current with promotions and store policies.

Qualifications

• Firearms and Ammunition knowledge required.
• Knowledge of ATF Federal and State regulations.
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition.
• Knowledge of GCA (Gun Control Act).
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information to assist buying decisions.
• Maintain firearm counter display and ensure pricing/signage accuracy.
• Process 4473 forms and ensure compliant sales when applicable.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Provide excellent service and handle all duties as assigned.
