Job summary

United Defense Tactical in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Enrollment Coach with strong sales experience and firearms knowledge to join our membership-based training facility. The role focuses on guiding prospects through introductory appointments, tours, and simulator demonstrations to connect programs with each individual's goals.

You'll present membership options, manage a lead pipeline in our CRM, and consistently follow up to close sales.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and a track record of closing.
• Firearms, shooting, or personal defense experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making calls, texting, emailing, and working a lead pipeline.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up.
• Self-motivated and comfortable being accountable for your numbers.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience with ClubReady, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approx. 90-minute introductory appointments, facility tours, and simulator demonstrations.
• Get to know prospects, understand their training goals, and connect our programs to those goals.
• Present membership options, handle objections, and close sales.
• Follow up consistently with new leads, no-shows, and previous prospects.
• Communicate with prospects throughout the day by phone, text, and email.
• Manage leads, notes, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Meet individual sales and enrollment goals.
