Job summary

United Defense Tactical in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Enrollment Coach with strong sales skills and firearms experience to join our team. This role focuses on guiding prospects through introductory appointments, tours, and simulator demonstrations to convert interest into memberships.

You will follow up consistently, manage a lead pipeline, and close membership options, while leveraging CRM tools like ClubReady or similar.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Firearms, shooting, or personal defense experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making calls, texting, emailing, and managing a lead pipeline.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up.
• Able to connect with both experienced shooters and beginners.
• Self-motivated and accountable for numbers.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 90-minute introductory appointments, facility tours, and simulator demonstrations.
• Get to know prospects, understand their training goals, and connect programs to those goals.
• Present membership options, handle objections, and close sales.
• Follow up consistently with new leads, no-shows, and previous prospects.
• Communicate with prospects by phone, text, and email.
• Manage leads, notes, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Meet individual sales and enrollment goals.
