Job summary

United Defense Tactical in Glendale, AZ, seeks an Enrollment Coach with firearms experience to drive memberships and training programs. This is a sales-focused role requiring strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills to convert leads into enrollments.

You’ll conduct introductions, tours, and simulator demonstrations, then guide prospects to select suitable membership options while maintaining a robust pipeline and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Firearms, shooting, or personal defense experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making calls, texting, emailing, and managing a lead pipeline.
• Self-motivated and able to meet sales numbers.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Military, law enforcement, or security experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ~90-minute intro appointments, facility tours, and simulator demonstrations.
• Understand prospects' goals and connect programs to them.
• Present membership options, handle objections, and close sales.
• Follow up with new leads, no-shows, and prior prospects.
• Communicate with prospects by phone, text, and email.
• Manage leads, notes, appointments, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Meet individual sales and enrollment goals.
