Job summary

United Defense Tactical in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Enrollment Coach with firearms experience to join our team. This is a sales role focused on guiding leads through demo appointments, memberships, and closing at the point of sale.

You will conduct approximately 90-minute intro appointments, tours, and simulator demonstrations, nurture relationships via phone, text, and email, and hit enrollment targets while maintaining an organized pipeline in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with track record of closing.
• Firearms, shooting, or personal defense experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized with follow-up and pipeline management.
• Able to connect with experienced shooters and beginners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 90-minute introductory appointments, facility tours, and simulator demonstrations.
• Get to know prospects, understand why they're interested in training, and connect programs to their goals.
• Present membership options, handle objections, and close sales.
• Follow up consistently with new leads, no-shows, and previous prospects.
• Communicate with prospects throughout the day by phone, text, and email.
• Manage your leads, notes, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Meet individual sales and enrollment goals.
