United Defense Tactical in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Enrollment Coach to guide civilians, professionals, and first responders into tactical training memberships. You’ll lead high-energy 90-minute demos, explain programs, and help prospects choose the right plan.

This role rewards performance with base pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training, and benefits. A background in firearms training or tactical operations and strong sales skills help you thrive in our mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in firearms or personal defense training is preferred.
• Proven sales experience in recruiting or public-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, trust-building, and decision-guiding abilities.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Host demos: lead training tours, guide simulations, and close with a membership pitch.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, or in person; don’t wait for them to come to you.
• Close the deal: identify needs, handle objections, and guide enrollment and onboarding.
• Track progress in the CRM to manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Hit enrollment goals while supporting team success and high standards.
