Bass Pro Shops in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter - Firearms to provide counter sales and customer service for firearms and related hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, recommend products, and help with in-store processes and compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining firearm displays, ensuring accurate 4473 form handling, and keeping knowledge up-to-date with store promotions and regulations. Must be 21+ and have a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older to handle firearms.
• Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the firearms counter with selling and service.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Ensure ATF Form 4473 completion when required.
• Maintain organization of firearms and hunting merchandise on the floor.
