Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to support counter sales and customer service for firearms and related hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and ensure compliance with 4473 forms while maintaining a knowledgeable gun counter presence.

The role emphasizes staying informed on products, promotions, and pricing, with a focus on delivering a legendary, safe shopping experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
• Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations
• Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition
• GCA
• Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend products
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately
• Demonstrate products to customers
• Maintain and organize merchandise at the gun counter
