Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Texas is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter - Firearms to support counter and floor sales of firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and assist with in-store pick-up and club programs while ensuring accurate 4473 handling and regulatory compliance.

This role requires knowledge of firearms and ammunition, ATF regulations, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms.
• Provide product recommendations and assist customers in buying decisions.
• Assist with floor merchandising and stocking of hunting merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with ATF Federal and State regulations and GCA requirements.
• Support club programs and in-store pick-up processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with other duties as assigned.
